Welcome to Badg Code. By accessing our website or utilizing our software development and digital consulting services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Services

Badg Code provides custom software engineering and digitalization services, including but not limited to:

  • Company Profile Websites
  • Booking & Reservation Systems
  • Custom Internal Applications & B2B Portals
  • Technical Consulting and Digital Strategy

Specific deliverables, timelines, pricing, and project milestones are agreed upon separately through individual Statements of Work (SOW) or project contracts signed by both parties.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Client Materials: Clients retain full ownership of all text, logos, media, and proprietary business data provided to Badg Code for project implementation.

Deliverables: Upon full payment of the agreed project fees, full ownership and licensing rights of the final customized source code and design assets developed specifically for the client will be transferred to the client.

Badg Code Assets: We retain rights to pre-existing code frameworks, open-source modules, internal utility libraries, and developer tools used during construction.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely project delivery, clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate project specifications and timely feedback.
  • Supply required branding assets, images, and content in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to payment schedules outlined in the specific service contract.

4. Warranties and Technical Support

We strive to deliver secure, robust, and clean code built to modern engineering standards. Post-launch bug fixes and technical maintenance support are provided in accordance with the warranty terms specified in your individual project agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Badg Code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use delivered systems, server outages caused by third-party hosting providers, or unauthorized access resulting from client credential exposure.

6. Revisions to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
